01General provisions

This policy explains how Vangardia, Bishkek, Kyrgyz Republic (“we”), collects, uses and protects the personal data of visitors to vangardia.pro. We process personal data in accordance with the legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic on personal information.

02What data we collect

When you send a request through the form on the site, we receive the data you enter: name, company, email address, phone number, origin and destination of the cargo, and the text of your message.

The hosting server automatically records technical data of each visit: IP address, date and time, browser and operating system. These data are used only to keep the site working and secure.

The site does not use advertising or analytics cookies. Your choice of language is saved in your own browser and is not sent to us.

03Why we use the data

• to reply to your request and prepare a commercial proposal;
• to conclude and perform a contract with you;
• to arrange transport, customs clearance and other services you ordered;
• to protect the site from abuse.

04Legal basis

We process data from the form on the basis of your consent, which you give by sending the request, and in order to take steps at your request before concluding a contract.

05Storage period

If a request does not lead to a contract, we delete the data within 6 months after our last correspondence. If a contract is concluded, the data are kept for as long as the legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic requires for accounting, tax and customs records.

06Disclosure to third parties

We do not sell or publish personal data. We may pass data to carriers, customs representatives, inspection companies and banks only to the extent needed to carry out your order. Data may also be provided to state authorities upon a lawful request. Our hosting provider stores the site and its data on our behalf.

07Third-party services

The site loads fonts from Google Fonts. When a page opens, your browser connects to Google servers and passes your IP address. Google processes these data under its own privacy policy.
