One partner for purchasing, delivery and customs

Vangardia was founded in 2025 in Bishkek. We work with businesses that buy goods in China and sell them in Central Asia, the Eurasian Economic Union (EAEU) and further afield.

Kyrgyzstan borders China and is a member of the EAEU. This makes Bishkek a convenient point to receive goods from Chinese factories, clear them through customs and send them on to customers across the region.

One customs clearance, five countries

After import clearance in Kyrgyzstan, goods are in free circulation in the Eurasian Economic Union and travel to Kazakhstan, Russia, Belarus and Armenia without repeat customs clearance at internal borders.

Import customs duty is paid once, in Kyrgyzstan, at the rates of the EAEU Common Customs Tariff. VAT and other indirect taxes are settled under the rules of the destination country.

    We verify the manufacturer's registration, visit or audit the factory and assess its production capacity.

    Contract

    We agree prices, volumes and delivery terms, approve samples and sign a bilingual contract.

    Quality control

    Inspection before shipment, laboratory tests where needed, and supervision of container loading.

    Consolidation

    Goods are received at our warehouse in Bishkek, sorted and combined into shipments.
